Refunds

At Sculpt Noire, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help—within reason.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Must include all original tags and be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital files
  • Intimates or personal care items (e.g., bodysuits, underwear, shapewear)
  • Sale items or clearance purchases
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 –10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note: Some banks or credit card issuers may take longer to reflect the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank or payment account
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If that’s the case, email us at support@sculptnoire.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once the return is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
